Introducción
Hace un tiempo, el crecimiento urbano en
España se ha venido desarrollando de
manera desmesurada; por medio de un
estudio se ha optado por el Plan
estratégico Conil 2012 y el P.G.O.U, ajeno
al crecimiento inmobiliario. Lo que ha
generado buenos resultados gracias a la
aplicación de los enfoques: económico,
social y sostenible de gobernanza
territorial en la costa de Cádiz.
