Su principio básico es el arrancar el problema de raíz, no solo lidiar con el. La disciplina positiva trata de que la
tolerancia y paciencia la practiquemos con el adolescente como cuando era bebé.

Por lo tanto, la disciplina Positiva implica:

• Encontrar soluciones a largo plazo que desarrollen autodisciplina en los hijos

• Construir una relación respetuosa

• Enseñarles habilidades útiles para la vida.

• Aumentar la capacidad y autoconfianza para afrontar retos
