Guideline for Hardcopies Available Templates (Compatible)

In principle, only grayscale prints are to be used for internal communication
purposes. The existing master files are optimized for Microsoft PowerPoint®
2010. Please make sure to set your printer to ‘grayscale’ in the printing
dialog: File->Print->
You can update existing presentations: Format –> Slide
Design  –> browse –> select Template –> Apply.
This will replace all elements on the title and slide master by
the new elements: the logo, the color areas and lines and
one field each for headline, text, date, footer and slide
number.

In addition, some manual reformatting effort might be

required.
  
Optional design element:
On content pages there is a thin line between headline and
content pages. It is optional and can be deleted.

Thereby the use of ink gets minimized. This helps us to realize cost savings
and protect the environment.
For external communication purposes, the existing template might be
(exceptionally) printed in color. Due to file size constraints, the usage of
pictures should be limited
