ENGLISH?

Why students should listen to English?
There are three very good reasons to listen to English: to inform, educate and
entertain, the English language has spread through entertainment, for many
students, music is the first contact point with English, enjoyment is one off the
main criteria for any activity.
Knowing English gives us the opportunity to learn about other cultures, different
ways of thinking and different lifestyles. Furthermore, it is a language that, by
allowing us to communicate between such different people, allows us to meet new
people and understand and become interested in their customs. In the end, the
main purpose of learning English is to be able to relate to others.
Also means that as an academic requirement in a number of fields, the ability to
comprehend spoken English becomes mandatory For this reason , the preparation
of students to be communicatively competent in English is a priority for
educational systems. The essential task of English teachers is to provide students
with the possibility of developing communicative tasks that promote knowledge of
the language.
Listening is probably the key initial skill, we cannot talk without listening first,
listening comes before speaking, delaying the need to speak alleviates stress on the
learner, responds well if asked to react physically to speech, in the practices,
students are to hear instructions give by the teacher act upon. The activities can
provide a pleasant changes of pace in language classes, and are good for the type of
learner who enjoy learning by moving around, require little preparation.
Vocabulary learn often comes about because the topic, and the vocabulary learnt,
may be of personal interest to the listener, this type of vocabulary learning
achieved because of personal interest or necessity rather than, say, the demands of
a course book, is often more memorable for students so they are more likely to
retain the words in the long term.
¿Porqué inglés?
Hay tres muy buenas razones para escuchar inglés: informar, educar y entretener, El
idioma inglés se ha extendido a través del entretenimiento, para muchos estudiantes la
música es el primer punto de contacto con el inglés, el disfrute es uno de los principales
criterios para cualquier actividad.
Saber inglés nos da la oportunidad de conocer otras culturas, distintas formas de pensar
y diversos estilos de vida. Además, es un idioma que, al permitirnos la comunicación
entre personas tan distintas, nos permite conocer a gente nueva y comprender e
interesarnos por sus costumbres, A final de cuentas, el fin principal de aprender inglés es
poder relacionarse con otras,
También significa que, como requisito académico en varios campos, la capacidad de
comprender el inglés hablado se vuelve obligatoria. Por esta razón, constituye una
prioridad para el sistemas educativo la preparación de los educandos para ser
comunicativamente competentes en inglés. La tarea esencial de los profesores de inglés
es proporcionar a los estudiantes la posibilidad de desarrollo de tareas comunicativas
que promuevan el conocimiento de la lengua.
Escuchar es probablemente la habilidad inicial clave, no podemos hablar sin escuchar
primero, escuchar viene antes de hablar, retrasar la necesidad de hablar alivia el estrés
del alumno, responde bien si se le pide que reaccione físicamente al habla, en las
prácticas, los estudiantes deben escuchar las instrucciones dadas por el maestro y actuar

moviéndose y requieren poca preparación.
