En el caso particular de usarlo en el tramo superior,
además se necesita un cáncamo giratorio M30x300
(código AW1029746) para la turbina AW3000 o
Cáncamo giratorio M20x250 (código AW: 1113770)
para la turbina Delta4000.
3 COMPROBACIONES PREVIAS AL USO DEL
UTILLAJE
Realizar las siguientes comprobaciones:
 El pescante está completamente insertados en las
vainas o atornillado. La estructura no presenta
ninguna fisura.
 Los ganchos de las sirgas del andamio colgante
están correctamente instalados en los grilletes del
pescante y con el pestillo de seguridad cerrado.
 El andamio colgante lleva las sirgas especificadas
por el propio fabricante y que se encuentran en
perfecto estado. Los cables deben ser sustituidos
en los siguientes casos: A) Reducción del
diámetro, diámetro mínimo 7,5mm. B) Ruptura de
más de 10 hilos sobre un largo de 25 cm. C)
Deformaciones en canasta o ruptura de uno de los
cabos del cable. D) Cable aplastado, destrenzado.
E) Fuerte oxidación.
 Asegurarse de que las sirgas están a plomo con
respecto al andamio colgante.
 Asegurarse que el cabrestante así como el sistema
de seguridad de bloqueo (Block-stop) del andamio
colgante funcionan correctamente según
indicaciones del propio manual del fabricante.
 La línea de vida está correctamente amarrada a
una de las lazadas de izado de dovelas, a la
orejeta del gato mecánico o al carrete metálico y
con el pestillo del gancho cerrado.
MUY IMPORTANTE:
Si alguna de estas comprobaciones no
se realiza satisfactoriamente, el utillaje
no puede ser utilizado.

This is installed in a M30x300 swivel eyebolt (AWP part
#: AW1029746) for AW3000 turbine or M20x250
eyebolt (AWP part #: 1113770) for Delta4000 that must
be installed close to the davit but above the upper
flange of the steel top adapter.
3 VERIFICATIONS BEFORE USING THE TOOLKIT
Check the following:
 The davit is correctly inserted in the sheath or
properly bolted. The structure doesn’t present any
cracks.
 The hooks of suspended scaffolding’s wire ropes
are properly installed in davit’s shackle and with the
safety lock closed.
 The suspended scaffolding mounts the specified
wire ropes defined by the supplier and these are in
a mint condition. Replace the wire ropes in case of:
A) Reduction in diameter, 7.5mm minimum
diameter. B) Rupture of more than 10 wires within
a 25 cm long section. C) Deformations in a basket
or rupture of one of the ends of the cable. D) Cable
flattened, untwisted. E) Strong oxidation.
 Make sure that the wire ropes are vertically
regarding the suspended scaffolding.
 Make sure that the hoist and the emergency safety
system (Block-stop) of the suspended scaffolding
works correctly according to manufacturer’s User
Manual.
 The lifeline is properly secured to a keystone’s
lifting loop or to a mechanical jacks’ lug and with
the safety lock closed.
VERY IMPORTANT:
The toolkit cannot be used if any of these
verifications are not performed
satisfactorily.

4 MONTAJE DEL UTILLAJE EN LA TORRE DE 4 TOOL KIT’S ASSEMBLY ON THE CONCRETE

4.1 INSTALACIÓN DEL PESCANTE
4.1.1 Tramo inferior e intermedios:
En el caso de usar el andamio colgante por el interior,
la parte cilíndrica se introducirá en la vaina más
próxima a la junta vertical en la que interese realizar
las tareas. El brazo se direccionará hacia el centro del
tramo para que las sirgas del andamio pasen por el
hueco existente entre plataformas de dovelas.

Para transportar el pescante a la parte superior del
tramo, se utilizará una plataforma elevadora, atando
con cuerdas el pescante a la barandilla de la
plataforma para pasar el pescante desde la plataforma
elevadora al interior del tramo para prevenir el riesgo
de caída del material. También será válido ascender el
pescante atando una cuerda de 30m a uno de los
grilletes y un operario situado en la plataforma del
tramo tirará de la cuerda hasta tenerlos consigo tal
como se muestra a continuación.

4.2 INTRODUCCIÓN/EXTRACCIÓN DE ANDAMIO 4.2 GETTING THE SUSPENDED SCAFFOLDING

Siempre que sea posible, manipular el andamio
colgante por medio de una grúa introduciéndolo por la
apertura superior del tramo usando por lo menos dos
eslingas de poliéster de por lo menos 1Tn 2m tal como
se muestra a continuación.
INSIDE/OUTSIDE THE TOWER SECTION

el andamio colgante tal como estaba
anteriormente.

4.4 INSTALACIÓN DE LÍNEA DE VIDA
4.4.1 Punto de instalación en el tramo.
4.4.1.1 Tramo inferior e intermedios: Se instala en una
