ABSTRACT
This opinion article addresses the multidisciplinary approach to sexual offenses, with a
focus on forensic medicine and a specific emphasis on cases involving children and
homosexuals. The author highlights the need for a collaborative approach involving
diverse disciplines to effectively address these sensitive and complex crimes. It is
emphasized that forensic medicine plays a crucial role in providing solid forensic
evidence that supports investigations and judicial processes. Additionally, the author
asserts the importance of considering the specific perspectives of children and
homosexuals, recognizing the unique challenges they face in these cases. The author's
stance leans towards the integration and continuous improvement of multidisciplinary
approaches in handling sexual offenses, with a focus on justice, empathy, and equity for
all victims involved.The relevance of this topic lies in the necessity to comprehensively
and sensitively address sexual offenses, acknowledging the particularities of these
vulnerable populations. The author advocates for a position that supports close
