The purpose of this research is to analyze the processes of knowledge and Keywords
transformation undergone by the student while working on his/her pre-
graduate thesis. By “construction of knowledge” we mean the mobility Students
of subjects, concepts and problems carried out by the students. For the Construction of knowledge
qualitative analysis of the cases the author built up a new tool that al- Configuration

work produced knowledge. This analysis shows that the construction of Thesis
knowledge takes place within the intersection of the students’ careers and Conceptual trajectories
that, because of the specific weight of some of them during the process Higher education
of preparing the pregraduate thesis, the life story is very important while
choosing the subject and reappears during the research process. The con-
tinuity of the thesis subjects takes place and is made possible within the
institutional career by means of the control of concepts and when the ins-
titution sets up the necessary conditions and spaces to project into others
the autobiographical subjects.
