MEMORIA DE CÁLCULO

1.0 INTRODUCCIÓN

El presente documento contiene los criterios de diseño empleados para la implementación de los siguientes sistemas
de Aire Acondicionado y Ventilación Mecánica del proyecto PFZ - Proyecto Pfizer Perú, ubicado en el Piso 7 del
Edificio Fibra.

2.0 OBJETIVO

El objetivo de la presente memoria de cálculo, es describir los lineamientos generales que se emplearonpara el
análisis y diseño del Sistema de Aire Acondicionado y Ventilación Mecánica del presente proyecto.

3.0 PARAMETROS DE DISEÑO

3.1 AIRE ACONDICIONADO:

El cálculo de las ganancias térmicas de los ambientes y el dimensionamiento de los equipos se realizaron en base a
los siguientes parámetros:
a. Condiciones Exteriores Máximas:
Temperatura de bulbo seco : 85° F (30.0ºC)
Temperatura de bulbo húmedo : 75° F (23.9°C)
b. Condiciones Interiores:
Temperatura de bulbo seco : 75° F (23.9°C)
Humedad relativa : 55% (no controlado)
c. Fluctuación:
Temperatura de bulbo seco : ± 2° F
Humedad relativa : ± 5%

d. Calor generado por personas

Calor Sensible (Cs) : 250 Btu/h
Calor Latente (CL) : 250 Bth/h
e. Aire Exterior : 8.75 CFM/persona
f. Ganancia de calor por Iluminación : 3 watts /pie²
g. Disipación de calor de equipos:
PC personal = 200 watts / PC
h. Datos constructivos en general:
Coeficiente de conducción de pared exterior = 0.343 Btu/h.ºF.pie2
Coeficiente de conducción de pared interior =0.343 Btu/h.ºF.pie2

Vidrio exterior = 0.9 Btu/h.ºF.pie2

PR = (Barometric pressure of site / Standard ASHRAE pressure of 29.921)
TSH = PR x 1.10 x CFM x (DB entering - DB leaving)
TLH = PR x 0.68 x CFM x (Grains entering - Grains leaving)
GTH = PR x 4.50 x CFM x (Enthalpy entering - Enthalpy leaving)

TSH = 0.998 x 1.10 x 151 x( 76.543 - 58.000 )= 3,075 Btuh

TLH = 0.998 x 0.68 x 151 x( 76.597 - 71.340 )= 539 Btuh
----------
SUM = 3,614 Btuh
GTH = 0.998 x 4.50 x 151 x( 30.354 - 24.998 )= 3,634 Btuh
Total System Load = 3,614 Btuh

Chilled And Hot Water Flow Rates

Cooling GPM = 3,634 /( 10.00 x 500 ) = 0.7 GPM
Heating GPM = 0 /( 20.00 x 500 ) = 0.0 GPM
