PROCEDIMIENTO ENTRADA EN PROGRAMA MEDIANTE CUADROS

Existen diversas maneras de entrar a un programa de alto rendimiento en cuanto al origen de la

inversión; pero hay que tener en cuenta siempre que “El cliente debe tener claro que es un
"privilegio" ser invitado a participar en el desarrollo de un PROYECTO DE INVERSIÓN, no un
"derecho".
There are several ways to enter a high yield program in terms of the source of the investment; but it must
always be kept in mind that "The client must be clear that it is a "privilege" to be invited to participate in the
development of an INVESTMENT PROJECT, not a "right".

En todo momento, el Cliente deberá mostrar una actitud cooperativa y con total disposición con
cualquier miembro del equipo, para la correcta realización de esta operación, cualquier falta de
respeto o actitud arrogante hará que la operación sea cancelada de inmediato.
At all times, the Client must show a cooperative attitude and full disposition with any member of the team, for
the correct performance of this operation, any lack of respect or arrogant attitude will cause the operation to
be cancelled immediately.

Se entregará un documento único “KYC” que contemplará toda la información, tanto del titular
(Persona física o Jurídica) como de la(s) obra(s) de arte. Cabe especificar que solo se admiten
cuadros, no esculturas ni litografías.
A single "KYC" document will be provided which will include all the information on both the owner (natural or
legal person) and the work(s) of art. It should be specified that only paintings are admitted, not sculptures or
lithographs.

En el caso de que se ponga en Programa más de un cuadro de un mismo pintor o de varios

pintores, toda la documentación deberá ir incluida en el mismo KYC.
In the event that more than one painting by the same painter or by several painters is placed on the
Programme, all documentation must be included in the same KYC.

El primer paso para analizar la viabilidad de que el activo pueda entrar en programa, es que el
tenedor nos envíe el CIS (ya sea de persona física o jurídica, según corresponda) junto con la
mayor información posible de los cuadros.
The first step in analysing the feasibility of the asset's entry into the programme is for the holder to send us the
CIS (either natural or legal person, as appropriate) together with as much information as possible on the
painting(s).

La documentación especifica requerida para el(los) cuadro(s):

• Fotografías / Pictures
• Espertización / Expertisation
• Tasación / Valuation
• Origen / Origin
• SKR / SKR
Dentro de la información será imprescindible la denominada “Prueba de vida” (POL), que
consistirá en un fotografía nítida de alta resolución del titular, con el SKR y su pasaporte en una
mano y la publicación del periódico del día en la otra – “imprimirla previamente” –, dónde se
pueda ver la fecha enmarcada en un círculo en rojo. El pasaporte, la fecha y el SKR, han de
poderse leer perfectamente cuando se amplían.

PROCEDIMIENTO ENTRADA EN PROGRAMA MEDIANTE CUADROS

Within the information, the so-called "Proof of Life" (POL) is essential. This consists of a clear, high-resolution
photo of the holder, with the SKR and passport in one hand and a newspaper publication of the day in the other
– “print it previously” –, where the date can be seen framed in a red circle. The passport, the date and the SKR
must be perfectly readable when enlarged.

Escritura o Acta de constitución de la empresa (en el caso de persona jurídica) . El acta de la junta
directiva autorizando al acto sobre el que se va a llevar a cabo (Petición préstamo, entrada en
programa, solicitud instrumento, etc.)
Deed of incorporation of the company (in the case of a legal person). The minutes of the board of directors
authorising the act to be carried out (Loan application, programme entry, instrument application, etc.).

Una vez completado el KYC, y antes de notarizarlo, nos lo han de enviar para su revisión. Una vez
revisado lo devolveremos para que actualicen la fecha y hagan la POL definitiva. A continuación,
imprimen el documento y lo notarizan, firmando el documento KYC delante del notario para que
de fe de que lo ha firmado en su presencia. Entre la fecha de la POL y la de notarización, no
puede haber más de un día de diferencia.
Once the KYC is completed, and before notarizing it, must be sent to us for review. Once reviewed, we will
return it to you so that you can update the date and make the final POL. You then print it out and take it to be
notarized, signing the KYC document in front of the notary, so that he can attest that you have signed it in his
presence. There cannot be more than one day's difference between the POL date and the notarization date.

Todas las páginas del documento irán firmadas, en tinta azul y con la huella dactilar del dedo
índice de la mano derecha.
All pages of the document shall be signed, in blue ink and with the fingerprint of the index finger of the right
hand.
