Definición
Formado por complejos de proteínas que se sintetizan en el que contribuye a aislar el tejido
hígado y circulan por la sangre. Consta de un conjunto de lesionado, promover el ingreso de
moléculas plasmáticas implicadas en un proceso bioquímico componentes sanguíneos
coordinado. Entre sus funciones estan: potenciar la
respuesta inflamatoria, facilitar la fagocitosis (mediante la destinados a combatir el agente
opsonificacion, inserción de una marca molecular en agresor e iniciar la reparación
agentes extraños), quimiotaxis (orientar el desplazamiento
celular hacia el sitio de mayor concentración del agente
invasor) y dirigir la lisis de células, incluyendo la apoptosis
(el suicidio celular). Cuando se activa alguno de sus
componentes por diversas sustancias como polisacáridos o
anticuerpos, se originan una serie de reacciones en cadena.

Los Macrófagos :
Las células y las sustancias que se comportan como extrañas para el organismo y contra
las cuales éste desarrolla una respuesta inmune específica se llaman antígenos.
Casi cualquier macromolécula (proteína o polisacárido, más concretamente) con
masa molecular de 5000 da o más puede desencadenar la respuesta inmunitaria,
siempre que sea extraña al receptor.
COMPONENTES DE LA RESPUESTA INMUNE ADQUIRIDA
(ESPECIFICA)
1) LOS LINFOCITOS
Los linfocitos Tc (cito tóxicos) que destruyen las células infectadas y las células tumorales.
Los linfocitos Th- (linfocitos ayudadores ) que estimulan la producción de anticuerpos por
los linfocitos B y coordinan la respuesta inmune
Los linfocitos T supresores (Ts): Inhiben la respuesta inmune cuando esta ya no es necesaria.
Los linfocitos T de memoria: Son responsables de la memoria inmunológica. Responden
rápidamente a nuevas invasiones del mismo antígeno

ANTICUERPOS
La región constante además de su papel estructural le confiere las propiedades a la
molécula y determina la aparición de varias clases
De la región constante va a depender, en cierto modo, la localización del anticuerpo.
Así, según la región constante que tengan unos van a localizarse en la saliva, otros
pueden pasar la placenta, etc. La región constante es también la parte que
desencadena la respuesta celular. Así, los anticuerpos se unen a los
microorganismos por su parte variable, esto hace cambiar la región constante y
este cambio es detectado por los macrófagos que fagocitarán aquello que lleve
anticuerpos pegados, por lo que los anticuerpos libres en la sangre no
desencadenarán la respuesta celular.
Los anticuerpos tienen además una zona bisagra. Esta zona es de gran importancia
pues debido a ella se pueden adaptar mejor y unirse mejor al antígeno. Ahora bien,
al tener en ambos extremos regiones variables va a poder unirse a dos antígenos
diferentes.
CELULAS DEL DEFENSA ADQUIRIDO
TIPOS DE ANTICUERPOS:
Los de tipo D (Ig D) estas inmunoglobulinas aparecen después de la igM, no se conoce
con exactitud su funcion
Los de tipo E (Ig E) Son de alta afinidad. Tienen también la capacidad de salir a las
secreciones. Son responsables del desencadenamiento en procesos alérgicos y de
anafilaxis (alergia a huevos, mariscos, polen...). Su función es la de eliminar
parásitos, sobre todo gusanos. Promueven la acción de los mastocitos y de los
eosinófilos que producen proteínas que vacían a los gusanos.

El tejido linfoide se corresponde con un tejido conectivo reticular en el que los linfocitos son el elemento celular pr
incipal. No entran por tanto en este término los linfocitos aislados que se encuentran en la sangre y en la li
nfa y los linfocitos dispersos por los tejidos conectivos y los linfocitos que emigran por los tejidos epiteliales
del cuerpo.
El tejido linfoide es el componente fundamental de los órganos linfoides. Dependiendo de la especialización funcio
nal de los órganos linfoides distinguimos dos tipos:
