Condominium, Home, or Townhouse, hereinafter “Unit”, as
described below, that sets forth the general description and
terms for the proposed purchase between the undersigned
Purchaser and Seller. A Reservation Deposit of $19,745.00 US
Dollars (Nineteen thousand seven hundred forty-five 00/100
USD) must be deposited into the escrow account according to
the instructions provided below. This deposit includes a $750
USD Escrow Fee. Should a formal Promise Agreement be fully
executed between Purchaser and Seller, by the expiration of the
due diligence period, the deposit will become non refundable
to the Purchaser and will be credited to the Earnest Money
payment. If however Purchaser does not execute a Promise
Agreement, The full $18,995.00 USD plus $650 USD of the $750
USD Fee will be fully reimbursed. Purchaser will only be liable
for $100 USD fee plus any transfer costs in wiring the deposit
back.

RESERVATION AGREEMENT & DEPOSIT: In order to reserve and
hold a Unit, Purchaser understands and agrees they will have 48
hours to sign and return this Reservation Agreement along with
the Know Your Client Form (“KYC”) attached hereto as Exhibit
“A”.

 ACUERDO DE COMPRA: Dentro de las 48 horas posteriores a la
confirmación del recibo del Depósito de Reserva en Escrow, el
Vendedor enviará una copia del Acuerdo de Compra al
Comprador y tendrá 7 días naturales para revisarlo y firmarlo
para continuar con la compra del reservado. Unidad. Si el
Comprador ejecuta el Acuerdo de Compra con el Vendedor, el
depósito de Reserva se acreditará para el primer pago del
Precio de Compra de la Unidad.
CANCELACIÓN Y REEMBOLSO: Si por alguna razón el
Comprador se niega a ejecutar un Acuerdo de Compra con el
Vendedor durante el período de 7 días naturales, el Depósito
de Reserva se les reembolsará inmediatamente desde la
Cuenta de deposito en garantia, y el Comprador solo será
responsable del costo del depósito en garantía. Tarifa de $ 100
USD (Cien 00/100 USD) y cualquier tarifa de devolución por
transferencia bancaria que pueda aplicarse.
Ambas Partes acuerdan que las Firmas Electrónicas son
legalmente vinculantes y que el Acuerdo de Reserva se puede
firmar en Contrapartes.

PURCHASE AGREEEMENT: Within 48 hours after confirming
receipt of the Reservation Deposit into Escrow, Seller will send
a copy of the Purchase Agreement to the Purchaser and they
will have 7 calendar days to review and sign it in order to
continue with the purchase of the reserved Unit. If and when
the Purchaser executes the Purchase Agreement with the Seller,
the Reservation deposit shall be credited towards the first
payment of the Purchase Price for the Unit.
CANCELLATION & REFUND: If for any reason the Purchaser
declines to execute a Purchase Agreement with the Seller
during the 7 calendar days period, the Reservation Deposit will
be immediately refunded to them from Escrow, and the
Purchaser will only be responsible for the cost of the escrow fee
$100 USD (One Hundred 00/100 USD) and any return wire
transfer fees that may apply.
Both Parties agree that Electronic Signatures are legally binding
and that the Reservation Agreement can be signed in
Counterparts.
The deadline to sign this Reservation Agreement will expire at 5
pm MST on ____/____/_______.
