Cicasa 17025 scope of certification

The STEP 1 is for all mechanical Tavor types, because the test bench E55 & E70 has no reach to produce meters with electronic registers, so
products the to cover are:

1.- Mechanical Tavor (Vietnam, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Others)

2.- Kit Tavor without register (Israel Market)
3.- Tavor 3G (Vietnam, Costa Rica, Others)
4.- MS Delaunet (Mexican market)

The STEP 2 will be for all Tavor with electronic registers like:

1.- Tavor with LR9 register & other electronic registers (Israel Market)

This STEP 2 is because we don't have other test benches compatible with generic heads, and the options given were:
1.- Produce the TB in Arad
2.- Receive support from ARAD and produce the TB in CICASA
3.- Produce the TB by subcontractor (IBPCal "Rolando Gomez")
