GLOSARIO DE TERMINOS
Constitución nacional; es una institución jurídica que limita el ejercicio del poder por
medio del Derecho, que reconoce y consagra derechos fundamentales estableciendo los
mecanismos de tutela y protección de los mismos. (Garrote, 2007)
Decretos Leyes; es una norma que solo puede ser emitida por el poder ejecutivo,
sea quien sea el rey o jefe de gobierno. Se caracteriza por ser la regla de máxima
autoridad y no requiere de la discusión de ningún otro órgano en el país.

Propiedad intelectual; es una regulación que engloba los derechos de los creadores y
autores. A través de dicha regulación es posible su protección, organización y defensa
frente a terceros (Galan, 2021)
Derecho de autor; es un término jurídico establecido que describe y determina los
derechos que tienen los creadores o autores sobre sus obras literarias o artísticas,
productos y servicios tanto culturales, tecnológicos como comerciales. (significados,

Copylelf; es una forma de licencia que puede aplicarse a programas informáticos, así
como a una amplia gama de obras, incluidos descubrimientos científicos, arte,
documentos, etc. (Suse, 2019)
Datos personales; son cualquier información relativa a una persona física viva
identificada o identificable. Las distintas informaciones, que recopiladas pueden llevar
a la identificación de una determinada persona, también constituyen datos de carácter

The brand; is the commercial identifier of the goods and services offered by a company and
differentiates them from those of the competition (Roldan, 2020)
Patent protection; means that an invention cannot be produced, used, distributed for
commercial purposes, or sold, without the consent of the patent owner (wipo.int, 2006)
Cryptography; the technique or discipline that allows you to write appealing to a hidden
code. In this way, those who do not know the key to decrypt the message cannot access its

Patents; it is a right granted by the State (or other relevant authority) to an inventor so that
he is the only one authorized to exploit and obtain profits from his invention for a limited
