THE TIME IN ENGLISH

Tell the time is very important for all. To tell the time properly,
you must first know that the clock is made up of two needles or
hands, a short one called the hour hand and a long one called
the minute hand.
Then, you must locate the four main reference points, that is, 3,
6, 9 and 12.
