RESOLUCION DIRECTORAL DE CONFORMACIÓN DE BRIGADA DE EDUCACIÓN

AMBIENTAL Y GESTIÓN DEL RIESGO DE DESASTRES

CONSIDERANDO.

Qué, el artículo 66° de la Ley N° 28044, Ley General de Educación, establece que la
Institución Educativa, como comunidad de aprendizaje, es la primera y principal
instancia de gestión del sistema educativo descentralizado;
Que, mediante el Decreto Supremo N° 006-2021-MINEDU que aprueba los
“Lineamientos para la gestión escolar de instituciones educativas públicas de Educación
Básica” se establece que las Instituciones educativas públicas de la educación básica
deberán conformar tres comités de gestión escolar: comité de gestión de condiciones
operativas, comité de gestión del bienestar y comité de gestión pedagógica.
Que, a través de la Resolución Ministerial N° 189-2021-MINEDU que aprueba las
Disposiciones para los comités de gestión escolar de las instituciones educativas
públicas de educación básica”, establece, en el numeral 5.3.3 Comité de Gestión del
Bienestar en la función promueve conformar brigadas…en aquellas situaciones que
afecten su bienestar (peligro inminente, incidentes, emergencias, desastres u
otros)”,sobre esta función las instituciones educativas deben conformar las brigada de
educación ambiental y gestión del riesgo de desastres;
Que, conforme al numeral 8 de la “Guía de Orientaciones para la conformación de la
Brigada de Educación Ambiental y Gestión del Riesgo de Desastres en las Instituciones
y Programas Educativos de la Educación Básica”, establece, “El director/a de la IE como
integrante del Comité de Gestión del Bienestar, promueve su conformación y
formalización mediante Resolución Directoral”.
De conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Ley N° 28044, Ley General de Educación, el
Reglamento de la Ley General de Educación, el Decreto Supremo N° 006-2021-
MINEDU, la Resolución Ministerial N° 189-2021-MINEDU y estando conforme a lo
acordado por la comunidad educativa.

SE RESUELVE.

ARTICULO PRIMERO.- Reconocer a los miembros de la Brigada de Educación

Ambiental y Gestión del Riesgo de Desastres del nivel primario de la I.E.I.T JEC Alberto
Leveau García”para el periodo lectivo 2023, de la siguiente manera:
