Acciones preventivas para mitigar las conductas disruptivas manifestadas por los estudiantes de sexto

grado en los actos escolares de la IED Nuestra Señora del Rosario, tiene como objetivos identificar los
detonantes generadores de comportamientos y/o las conductas disruptivas, diseñar y aplicar
acciones preventivas que posibiliten disminuir este tipo de comportamientos en los diferentes actos
escolares, fundamental para el fortalecimiento de la sana convivencia y la buena marcha de la
institución.
Se fundamenta en la Teoría de las Conductas Prosociales en Preadolescentes. Este estudio posee un
enfoque formativo en el marco del método de investigación cualitativa, esta requiere un modelo de
diseño específico, interactivo, flexible, abierto y móvil; por otra parte, se utiliza la técnica de la
hermenéutica que posibilita comprender el motivo de este tipo de comportamiento en la población
objeto del estudio.
La investigación que lleva este proyecto es de tipo descriptiva siendo su característica más apropiada
la interpretación; además, la recolección de datos se realiza a través de las técnicas de observación
directa, entrevistas cerradas dirigidas a los estudiantes y entrevistas abiertas a un grupo de docentes;
puesto que se realiza un análisis e interpretación de las conductas disruptivas en los actos escolares,
se evalúan los resultados obtenidos y se elaboran acciones preventivas; una vez focalizados los
estudiantes con este tipo de conductas, se emplearán dichas acciones que permitan disminuir o
mitigar este tipo de conductas; construyendo un camino idóneo, indispensable para que el quehacer
pedagógico se desarrolle de manera eficaz.

Preventive actions to mitigate the disruptive behaviors manifested by sixth grade students in the
school acts of the IED Nuestra Señora del Rosario, aims to identify the triggers generating behaviors
and / or disruptive behaviors, design and apply preventive actions that make it possible to reduce this
type of behavior in the different school acts, fundamental for the strengthening of healthy
coexistence and the smooth running of the institution. 
It is based on the Theory of Prosocial Behaviors in Preadolescences. This study has a formative
approach within the framework of the qualitative research method, this requires a specific,
interactive, flexible, open and mobile design model; On the other hand, the technique of
hermeneutics is used to understand the reason for this type of behavior in the population under
study. 
The research carried out by this project is descriptive, its most appropriate characteristic being
interpretation; In addition, data collection is carried out through direct observation techniques, closed
interviews aimed at students and open interviews with a group of teachers; since an analysis and
interpretation of disruptive behaviors in school events is carried out, the results obtained are
evaluated and preventive actions are developed; Once the students have focused on this type of
behavior, these actions will be used to reduce or mitigate this type of behavior; building an ideal path,
indispensable for the pedagogical work to develop effectively.
