POLITICA EXTERIOR
RUSA_______________________________________2
CONCLUSIÓN________________________________20
relaciones internacionales,
apoyado en el derecho
internacional y en las
normas de respeto mutuo,
igualdad y no injerencia en
los asuntos internos.
• Los países vecinos de Rusia que
conforman el llamado “exterior
cercano” entran en el círculo de
primera prioridad. Se plantea el
imperativo de impulsar una
amplia y multifacética
colaboración basándose en la
experiencia adquirida en el
marco de la Comunidad de
Estados Independientes (CEI)
• El contenido de la política

• The platform of the basic principles
includes the imperative of the formation
of a stable and balanced system of
international relations, based on
international law and the norms of mutual
respect, equality and non-interference in
internal affairs.
• Russia's neighboring countries
that make up the so-called
"near abroad" fall into the
circle of first priority. The
imperative arises to promote
a broad and multifaceted
collaboration based on the
experience acquired within
the framework of the
Commonwealth of
Independent States (CIS)
• In the economic sphere, the aim is to advance in the
promotion of the Eurasian Economic Union project
based on the trilateral customs alliance (Russian
Federation-Belarus-Kazakhstan). When addressing
the issue of humanitarian collaboration in the
Concept, the historical duty to support the diaspora of
Russians or Russian-speakers is highlighted
• The US is considered an
important partner,
especially in solving
problems related to
international security at
its most vulnerable
points, taking into
account traditional and
non-traditional
challenges.
• On the other hand, there is
growing attention to the Asia-
Pacific region. The progress made
in relations with China stands out.
• The importance of Japan as a
source of capital and new
technologies and as a major
trading partner is also underlined.
In addition to this country, there is
a long list of attractive partners in
the Asian space.
• •Russia is determined to strengthen relations with
the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean
in all aspects, taking into account the growing
role of this region in world affairs
• •The development of strategic collaboration with
Brazil, particularly within the framework of the
BRICS, as well as partnership relations with
Argentina, Venezuela, Cuba, Nicaragua and
other Latin American and Caribbean States, will
be aimed at expanding political interaction
• Russian diplomacy, like the
Russian state itself, has
traditions and experience of
participation in the settlement of
European (and world) disputes,
which it has been cherishing since
the 18th century. Contemporary
Russia has, of course, a reduced
arsenal compared to those of the
Soviet superpower. But it maintains
resources of such magnitude and a
historical trajectory so
significant that they inscribe it in
the circle of powers with influence
on a global scale.
