Siendo las 07:00 horas del día 02 de Marzo de 2021, se constituyeron en los ambientes de la obra “SERVICIO DE
ACABADOS DE SERVICIOS HIGENICOS/ANTEPUERTO”, ubicada en el Terminal Portuario de Salaverry, distrito
de Salaverry, provincia de Trujillo, región La Libertad; los Representantes del Consorcio Redram - Tucumann y el
Contratista de obra según lo siguiente:

POR CONSORCIO REDRAM-TUCUMANN

POR EL CONTRATISTA: MENDOZA CONSULTORES S.R.L.

 Ing. Jimena Mendoza Jicaro – Residente de obra

Acto seguido el representante del Consorcio Redram - Tucumann procedió a verificar la integridad de la
construcción y cumplimiento de los lineamientos descritos en la memoria descriptiva y especificaciones técnicas,
encontrándose que todo está en conformidad, se procede a recibir la obra.

En ese estado, el Contratista hace entrega de las llaves del establecimiento Servicios higiénicos / Antepuerto.

Finalmente, se hace entrega de las llaves del mencionado inmueble culminando la entrega física de la obra y
ministrando posesión total del inmueble.
