Los activos deben registrarse a su valor de costo(de adquisición o de
producción).
CONCEPTO DE DEVENGADO
Los ingresos, costos y gastos se reconocen a medida que se ganan o
se incurre en ellos, independientemente de si se han cobrado o
pagado, respectivamente.
CONCEPTO DE REALIZACION
Los resultados económicos se computan una vez ejecutada la
operación mercantil, no antes.
