Hi my friends my name is Michael and study at Señor de Sipan university.
I'm an architecture student. I go to the university every day. When I return
home, I go to my bedroom to do my homework. There in the link side is my
desk where I do my work. my desk is very important for me because I can
find all my things. for example, my apple computer I like it because it is big
and thin, and I can draw my graphics, my architecture books where I can
read topics about my career. There are my pencils, pens and my printer to
present my works to my teachers. I also have a comfortable chair where I
spend hours doing my homework.

To know what a glossary is, The Royal Spanish Academy defines glossary as
"catalogue of words from the same discipline, from the same field of study,
etc., defined or commented".
Generally, you will be asked to make a glossary for monographs, grade thesis,
research projects and other written work. The glossary is located at the end of
the work.

Be prepared to make your glossary. Before starting to form the body of your
glossary, determine some general previous points. For example, decide if you
are going to make a distinction between adjectives and nouns, if you are going
to add a single meaning or more, if you are going to add the page number
where the words of your glossary appear, if you are going to use
abbreviations, etc. .

Select certain words. You must select words that are important or whose
meaning is not commonly used. The moment you have to do it depends on
you:
You can select these words as you create your work and they appear.
This is more practical, because that way you will not overlook any of
them.
• You can select them at the end, once you have finished, when you are
doing the editing task.

Write the selected words. These selected words will be the "entries" of the
glossary. You can leave a space at the end of your notebook to assign it to the
glossary and write your selected words there or you can write them in a
separate Word document (or in the text processor of your choice).
Write glossary entries in bold. This is done to differentiate them and
highlight their meaning.

Sort the words in alphabetical order. In the same way that a dictionary does,
all the words in the glossary must be arranged in alphabetical order. For
example, in the play One Hundred Years of Solitude, by Gabriel García
Márquez, the first word of its glossary is bead, followed by supply, then
bumblebee, etc.

Choose the appropriate meaning of the dictionary. In the dictionary you may
find more than one meaning for a certain word. Each of these meanings is
called "meaning". You must think very well and choose exactly the meaning
you used when writing your work.
Words like "garrison" have several meanings, so we reiterate that you must
choose the meaning that best suits the context of your work. This is the most
important step for your reader to understand what you meant by that entry,
and therefore, understand all your work.

Write the meaning of the entries. Write the meaning you found in the
dictionary or another reliable source to the right of the entry written in bold.
The definition of each entry in your glossary should not be too long or too
small.
• Reduce it in a clear and simple way (it is key for the reader to understand).
• It does not have to be unknown words. If for example you used the word
oiled in the text to refer to something that is shiny or glossy, you must specify
it in the glossary, as follows:
• Oiled: glossy, shiny

The glossary ends. To make your work even more complete and the reader
can easily locate an entry of your glossary in your work itself, consider the
possibility of adding the number of the page (or pages) where that specific
word appears throughout your work.
Ready. If you followed our steps, a word of your glossary should look like
this:
