¿Qué son las glándulas sexuales?
Las gónadas son las glándulas garantes del desarrollo conductual propio de cada sexo,
masculino o femenino. Intervienen en la etapa embrionaria y se activan enérgicamente
durante la pubertad. Cumplen una doble función: reproductora y endocrina.
• Estrógenos : grupo de hormonas sexuales femeninas importantes para la reproducción y el desarrollo de las
características sexuales femeninas. Los estrógenos son responsables del crecimiento y maduración del útero y
la vagina; desarrollo de los senos; ensanchamiento de la pelvis; mayor distribución de grasa en las caderas,
muslos y senos; cambios en el útero durante el ciclo menstrual; y aumento del crecimiento del vello corporal.
• Progesterona : hormona que funciona para preparar el útero para la concepción; regula los cambios del útero
durante el ciclo menstrual; aumenta el deseo sexual; ayuda en la ovulación; y estimula el desarrollo de las glándulas
para la producción de leche durante el embarazo.
• Androstenediona: Hormona androgénica que sirve como precursora de la testosterona y los estrógenos.
• Activina: hormona que estimula la producción y liberación de la hormona estimulante del folículo (FSH). También
ayuda en la regulación del ciclo menstrual.
• Inhibina : hormona que inhibe la producción y liberación de FSH.

● Choose your favourite infographic and insert it in your presentation using Ctrl C
+ Ctrl V or Cmd C + Cmd V in Mac.
● Select one of the parts and ungroup it by right-clicking and choosing
“Ungroup”.
● Change the color by clicking on the paint bucket.
● Then resize the element by clicking and dragging one of the square-shaped
points of its bounding box (the cursor should look like a double-headed arrow).
Remember to hold Shift while dragging to keep the proportions.
● Group the elements again by selecting them, right-clicking and choosing
“Group”.
● Repeat the steps above with the other parts and when you’re done editing, copy
the end result and paste it into your presentation.
● Remember to choose the “Keep source formatting” option so that it keeps the
