Conclusión

Para concluir es necesario mencionar las importancias de analizar los proyectos

antes de iniciarlos y tener definidos bien claros los alcances para evitar los
problemas al ejecutar los proyectos, también observar el retorno de inversión y
analizar que tiempo tomará y que tanta cantidad dejará de ingresos y que mejoras
habrá con la realización del proyecto. Tanto con estrategias con el equipo de
dirección de proyectos para un desarrollo correcto y tener más posibilidades de
tener un proyecto exitoso.
Cabe agregar que es necesario analizar que es más sutil un EDT o una matriz
esto dependerá que no haya más subniveles en proyecto es más sutil una matriz y
los subniveles son muchos es mejor un EDT.
