NORMAS DE USO Y RÉGIMEN INTERNO

Uso del alojamiento:

El cliente es responsable de hacer la declaración correcta del numero de personas que ha de ocupar el
alojamiento. La administración de los apartamentos puede legalmente negarse a admitir la entrada de
aquellas personas no declaradas.

Comportamiento:
El cliente y sus acompañantes deberán comportarse de forma cívica y respetando las normas generales
de convivencia. Cualquier actividad que disturbe la convivencia normal de la comunidad en la que se
ubica el alojamiento, tal como la música elevada, ruidos o fiestas, y que provoque quejas fundadas de
los vecinos, serán motivo para que se desocupe inmediatamente el alojamiento sin reintegrar el importe
pagado por la estancia. Las HORAS DE DESCANSO son de 22:00 a 9:00 todos los días de la semana,
quedando terminantemente prohibidas, durante esos períodos, cualquier actividad que perturbe el
descanso.

 Zonas comunes (piscina, terrazas y demás zonas)

Con respecto al horario de piscina es de 9:00 a 19:30, queda totalmente prohibido la bajada y subida a
los apartamentos y zonas comunes mojado, ya que es posible que se provoque alguna lesión indeseada,
la cual, no nos hacemos cargo.

Daños materiales:
El cliente se obliga a cuidar el apartamento amueblado, siendo de su cargo los deterioros o pérdidas que
se produzcan en el mismo. Apartamentos Las Medinas no se hace responsable de los efectos personales
del cliente ni de los acompañantes.

Prohibiciones:
1. Introducir muebles en el alojamiento o realizar obras o reparaciones en el mismo, por
pequeñas que éstas sean.

2. Alojar mayor número de personas que las que correspondan a la capacidad máxima fijada al
alojamiento.

3. Ejercer la actividad de hospedaje en el establecimiento o destinarlo a fines distintos a aquellos

para los que se ha contratado.

4. Introducir materias o sustancias explosivas o inflamables u otras que puedan causar daños o
molestias a los demás ocupantes del inmueble.

5. Realizar cualquier actividad que atente contra las normas usuales de convivencia o el régimen
normal de funcionamiento.

6. Está prohibido organizar fiestas.

7. Está prohibido fumar en el interior de los apartamentos.

8. No entrar con protección solar o cualquier tipo de crema en la piscina.

Use of the accommodation:

accommodation. The administration of the apartments can legally refuse to admit the entry of those
undeclared persons.

Behaviour:
The client and his companions must behave in a civic manner and respecting the general rules of
coexistence. Any activity that disturbs the normal coexistence of the community in which the
accommodation is located, such as loud music, noise or parties, and that provokes well-founded
complaints from neighbors, will be a reason for the accommodation to be immediately vacated without
refunding the amount paid for the stay. . The HOURS OF REST are from 22:00 to 9:00 every day of the
week, being strictly prohibited, during those periods, any activity that disturbs the rest.

• Common areas (swimming pool, terraces and other areas)

With respect to the pool schedule is from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., it is totally forbidden to descend and
climb to the apartments and common areas wet, since it is possible that it causes an unwanted injury,
which we do not take care of.

Material damage:
The client undertakes to take care of the furnished apartment, being of his charge the deterioration or
losses that occur in it. Apartamentos Las Medinas is not responsible for the personal effects of the client
or the companions.

Prohibitions:
1. Introduce furniture in the accommodation or carry out works or repairs in it, however small they may
be.

2. Accommodate more people than those corresponding to the maximum capacity set for the
accommodation.

3. Exercise the activity of lodging in the establishment or allocate it to purposes other than those for
which it has been contracted.

4. Introduce explosive or flammable materials or substances or others that may cause damage or
discomfort to the other occupants of the property.

5. Carry out any activity that violates the usual rules of coexistence or the normal operating regime.

6. It is forbidden to organize parties.

7. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments.

8. Do not enter with sun protection or any type of cream in the pool.
