CONTRATO DE CESIÓN DE DERECHOS PATRIMONIALES
DE AUTOR A GETA CLUB FZ LLC, PARA EL AÑO 2021.
De una parte, GETA CLUB FZ LLC, sociedad comercial, con
domicilio en Emiratos Árabes Unidos, con licencia
número 97404, cuyo Administrador General es JOHN
ALEXANDER GARZÓN LLANTEN, colombiano, mayor de
edad, domiciliado en el Municipio de Medellín e
identificado con el pasaporte AV842766 y quién en
adelante y para todos los efectos del presente Contrato,
se denominará CESIONARIO; y por otra parte, CRISTIAN
MARTINEZ PINO , mayor de edad, con domicilio Cll 13 # 13A
- 70, Altos de San Gabriel, Entrerríos , identificado con la
cédula de ciudadanía número 1.035.832.342 expedida en
Entrerrios, actuando en nombre y representación propia
y que en adelante se conocerá El CEDENTE, y en conjunto
como las “Partes” han acordado suscribir el presente
contrato de CESIÓN DE DERECHOS PATRIMONIALES DE
AUTOR, atendiendo a las siguientes:
CLÁUSULAS
PRIMERA. -OBJETO: El CEDENTE transfiere de manera
total, exclusiva y sin limitación alguna al CESIONARIO, la
totalidad de los derechos patrimoniales de autor que
ostenta por la creación de las obras realizadas bajo el
contrato Laboral de fecha 12 de abril de 2021.
Que las obras realizadas fueron desarrolladas bajo la
supervisión de DURLEY CECILIA LOPEZ ALZATE en calidad de
project manager quien tiene el detalle las mismas y las
cuales además reposan en los reportes realizados
mensualmente a través de la plataforma Teams
administrada y de propiedad del CESIONARIO. Que las
obras fueron realizadas en el periodo comprendido
entre el 12 de abril 2021 hasta el 31 de Julio del año
2021.
