- La naturaleza humana mejora con el pasar del tiempo es
progresiva, mientras que para el Realismo es constante no varía.
- Busca proyectar los valores universales, libertad, justicia, y
tolerancia en las RR.II.
- Valores, intereses individuales y colectivos si importan, para ello
Instituciones nacionales e internacionales.
- La guerra manera innecesaria y caduca de zanjar disputas entre
Estados, se puede prevenir y la paz es alcanzable.
- Creen en la PAZ (paz perpetua de Kant siglo 18)
- Abogan por políticas exteriores intervencionistas y por I.I fuertes, y
aquellos que dan prioridad a la tolerancia y la no-intervención
