Dear Parents and Guardians, June 9, 2021

Attached is an infographic on cyberbullying with information on how your child can stay

safe using digital devices. As you know, our school has a new digital policy where students will

be using their devices more frequently. Although we are excited about the new opportunities this

brings, we are also concerned about the cyberbullying risks that accompany it. The infographic is

being sent to students so they can be aware of the types of cyberbullying and the ways to handle

a situation if it arises. Students will also learn how to help others in a similar situation. Please

review this infographic with your child, so they are best prepared for the obstacles of the digital

world. There are also tips for parents as well. With the help of student compliance and

supervision from parents & teachers, we all can have a great experience using digital devices.

Se adjunta una infografía sobre el acoso cibernético con información sobre cómo su hijo

puede mantenerse seguro usando dispositivos digitales. Como saben, nuestra escuela tiene una

nueva política digital en la que los estudiantes usarán sus dispositivos con más frecuencia.
Aunque estamos entusiasmados con las nuevas oportunidades que esto brinda, también nos

preocupan los riesgos de ciberacoso que lo acompañan. La infografía se envía a los estudiantes

para que conozcan los tipos de ciberacoso y las formas de manejar una situación si surge. Los

estudiantes también aprenderán cómo ayudar a otros en una situación similar. Revise esta

infografía con su hijo, para que esté mejor preparado para los obstáculos del mundo digital.

También hay consejos para los padres. Con la ayuda del cumplimiento de los estudiantes y la

supervisión de los padres y maestros, todos podemos tener una gran experiencia al usar
