PROPIEDADES FSICO-QUMICAS
El citral es un lquido amarillo plido con fuerte olor a limn (Lewis, 2007). El producto
comercial es una mezcla de los dos estereoismeros, el citral A (trans) o geranial y el
citral B (cis) o neral (Lewis, 2007). Otros datos fisicoqumicos son (Lewis, 2007):
