MEJORAR SUS PROCESOS COGNICIÓN SOCIAL Y
FUNCIONAMIENTO EJECUTIVO. NO OLVIDES QUE
TENEMOS UN CEREBRO MARAVILLOSO CON LA
CAPACIDAD DE GENERAR NUEVAS CONEXIONES, SIN
IMPORTAR LA EDAD O CONDICIÓN DE LA PERSONA.

Instrucciones
El siguiente programa esta dividido en fases en las cuales iras avanzando una vez finalice
cada una de ellas. El proceso a desarrollar busca optimizar sus funciones ejecutivas y la
cognición social.

• Por favor tener en cuenta las siguientes indicaciones:

• Lea cada instrucción antes de iniciar, si tiene alguna duda preguntar a la terapeuta.

• Buscaremos una forma de generalizar dichas actividades en su vida diaria, este proceso
se realizará al finalizar cada tarea.
SABES QUÉ ES LA COGNICIÓN SOCIAL?

Hace referencia a la capacidad de entender los diferentes estados


mentales, tanto el de otras personas como el de uno mismo, una
habilidad cognitiva de elevada dificultad, definida como la
capacidad de entender no sólo tus propios pensamientos,
intenciones, creencias y emociones, sino también los de los
demás.

Incomodidad

Aburrimiento

Confusión
La incomodidad alude a la carencia de comodidad, o sea a estar en una
situación que genera displacer y molestias, y las causas pueden ser varias.
Puede generarse la incomodidad por generar trastornos físicos, por ejemplo
estar sentado en una silla anatómicamente mal diseñada que hace que nos
duela la espalda, o por dormir en un colchón muy duro o demasiado blando,
por vivir en una casa muy pequeña, por lucir una ropa apretada o por habernos
puesto un calzado que nos queda chico y nos aprieta lastimándonos los pies,
etcétera. Los dolores corporales también nos hacen sentir incómodos.

Aversión

Miedo

Horror
significa apartarse de algo o de alguien. Quien siente aversión, manifiesta sentimientos
de repugnancia hacia el objeto que se lo provoca, no pudiendo hallar una explicación
racional a tal conducta. Cuando este sentimiento se torna obsesivo, se convierte en
una fobia. Los objetos de aversión pueden ser variados: un color, el ascensor, algún
sonido, ciertos animales o insectos, algunos alimentos, la suciedad, el sexo, algún tipo
de tarea, ciertas personas en particular hacia las que inexplicablemente se siente
rechazo, etcétera.

Aprecio
La adoración es un sentimiento que se manifiesta
externamente en diversos gestos o actos que
demuestran la sumisión y el amor del sujeto que
adora, hacia el ser animado o inanimado adorado

Embelesamiento

Nostalgia

Anhelo
La nostalgia es un sentimiento de tristeza y añoranza, que se provoca al evocar
recuerdos pasados. Se puede también sentir nostalgia al recordar un viaje
placentero, amigos que se fueron lejos, mascotas que murieron, etcétera. Si
bien los recuerdos suelen ser hermosos, la melancolía ocurre por saber que ya
no podrán revivirse esos momentos, a veces para siempre, y otras, por un
tiempo.

You can add and edit some infographics to your
presentation to favourite
● Choose your showinfographic
youranddata
insert it in apresentation
in your visualusingway.
Ctrl C + Ctrl
V or Cmd C + Cmd V in Mac.
● Select one of the parts and ungroup it by right-clicking and choosing “Ungroup”.
● Change the color by clicking on the paint bucket.
● Then resize the element by clicking and dragging one of the square-shaped points of
its bounding box (the cursor should look like a double-headed arrow). Remember to
hold Shift while dragging to keep the proportions.
● Group the elements again by selecting them, right-clicking and choosing “Group”.
● Repeat the steps above with the other parts and when you’re done editing, copy the
end result and paste it into your presentation.
● Remember to choose the “Keep source formatting” option so that it keeps the design.
