How do you use the verbs “querer”, “poder” and “tener que” and the near future tense to talk about plans to go out ?

¿Qué significan los verbos siguientes? En resumen (=to sum up)
1) Quiero + infinitive

2) Puedo + infinitive
Eg: Puedo salir 2)I can go out
