AUTORREGULACION
FASE DE PLANIFICACION :
En esta fase se analiza la situación, la persona se organiza,
valora las capacidades que tiene y establece sus objetivos, para esto tenemos lo siguiente:

- Automotivación, impulso para perseverar lo que la persona pretende conseguir.

- Autoconfianza, es la seguridad y confianza que tenemos en nosotros mismos.

- Autoeficacia, confianza que tiene la persona de lograr las metas propuestas

gracias a las capacidades que posee.
FASE DE EJECUCIÓN:
Ponemos en práctica la conducta y lo ejecutamos:

-La práctica de el autocontrol : es la capacidad que tiene la persona para

evitar tener comportamientos indebidos y ejercer dominio en uno
mismo.

- Inhibición conductual: esta habilidad frena la conducta y se sustituye

por una
más adecuada.
FASE DE AUTORREFLEXIÓN:
Esta fase es de gran importancia debido a que reflexionamos
sobre nuestras conductas y las consecuencias que puede traer en base a las
experiencias vividas.

- La evaluación: fomenta el pensamiento profundo en uno mismo y reconoce

sus actitudes y comportamientos.

- Metacognición: la persona es consciente, reflexiona sobre su conducta y

aprende a regularlo.
