REGLAS DE CONJUGACIÓN DEL
PRESENTE CONTINUO
 REGLA Nº1:Todos los verbos deben terminar en -ing. Example:
Work / Working

 REGLA Nº2: Cuando un verbo tiene una sola sílaba o cuyo acento recae en la
última sílaba y finalizan en consonante, esta última deberá ser duplicada y se
adicionará el –ing. Example:
Run / Running

 REGLA Nº3:Para los verbos finalizados en una -e que no se pronuncia, esta debe
ser reemplazada con el -ing. Example:
Take / Taking

 REGLA Nº4:Cuando el verbo termina con -ee, solo debe agregarse el –ing.
Example: See / Seeing

 4: It is singing in the rain. 4/ Está cantando bajo la lluvia.

 5: We are singing in the rain. 5/ Nosotros(as) estamos cantando bajo la lluvia.

 6: They are singing in the rain. 6/ Ellos(as) están cantando bajo la lluvia.
