Recomendaciones ASPEN
Debe iniciarse nutrición enteral las primeras 24 – 48 horas del ingreso

Se debe iniciar la nutrición enteral al estar el paciente
hemodinámicamente estable (E)
Los objetivos nutricionales deben de determinarse al inicio de la
terapia; es preferible la utilización de Calorimetría indirecta sobre
fórmulas. (E)
Se recomiendan 25- 30 Kcal/Kg/día. (E)
La primera semana se administrar 50 – 65% del requerimiento
energético (C)
Si no se logra el 100% del requerimiento energético en 7 – 10 días se
debe considerar suplemente por nutrición parenteral (C)
