Se recomienda monitorizar con 3 mediciones de troponina POP: antes de las
24horas, a las 48 y 72 horas a los pacientes con alto riesgo de MINS
Se sugiere que los pacientes con diagnóstico de MINS, sean valorados por el servicio
de medicina interna o cardiología para su estratificación y manejo
