BTC/USDT SELLER:

1. Exchange of buyer's CIS and seller's CIS (the trust meet can be produced first, there

2. Zoom or Meet call between buyer and seller, with the condition that the Buyer
presents the Passport while on Zoom.
3. To avoid confusion on the issue of intermediation, the intermediation will be paid
directly to the sales group or BTC supplier, directly by the seller, in turn the buyer's
group and the purchase intermediaries will be paid by of the buyer with the discount he
has been given.
4. Regarding the IMFPA: After the Zoom call, we prepare an IMFPA for the buyer to
sign, since the Buyer will be required to pay us and will receive their discount plus the
4.5% allocated to buy-side commissions.
5. Seller releases commercial invoice
6. The seller sends a Satoshi
7. The buyer moves his USDT to the seller's receiving USDT wallet.
8. USDT verification is performed by the seller when it is transferred to the Seller's
USDT Wallet.
9. Once the seller has confirmed receipt of USDT in his USDT wallet, the seller delivers
the BTC coins to the buyer according to the tranche schedule.
10. The transaction continues as described in the previous steps until the coins run out.

VENDEDOR BTC/USDT:

1. Intercambio de CIS de comprador y CIS de vendedor (el meet de confianza se

2. Llamada en Zoom or Meet entre comprador y vendedor, con la condición de que
el Comprador presente el Pasaporte mientras esté en Zoom.
3. Para evitar confusiones en el tema de la intermediacion, se pagara la
intermediacion directamente al grupo de venta o proveedor de BTC,
directamente por el vendedor, a su vez el grupo de el comprador y los
intermediarios de compra, se les pagara por parte del comprador con el
descuento de se le ha dado.
4. Respecto a la IMFPA: Después de la llamada de Zoom, preparamos un IMFPA
para que el comprador lo firme, ya que el Comprador deberá pagarnos y recibirá
su descuento más el 4.5% asignado a las comisiones del lado comprador.
5. El vendedor libera Factura comercial
6. El vendedor envia un Satoshi
7. El comprador mueve su USDT a la billetera USDT receptora del vendedor.
8. El vendedor realiza la verificación de USDT cuando se transfiere a la Cartera
USDT del Vendedor.
9. Una vez que el vendedor ha confirmado la recepción de USDT en su billetera
USDT, el vendedor entrega las monedas BTC al comprador según el cronograma
del tramo.
 10. la transacción continúa como se describe en los pasos anteriores hasta que se
agoten las monedas.
