DECLARO que Agua Viva Waterfall y sus representantes, organizadores y promotores (en adelante
referidos como LAS PARTES EXONERADAS) de la actividad turística de senderismo o cañonismo
(en adelante referidos como La actividad Turística) NO SERÁN RESPONSABLES en manera alguna
por cualquiera herida, muerte u otros daños que me ocurran, ni serán responsables en la pérdida
o daños de mis pertenencias personales, como producto de la negligencia de cualquiera de las
partes involucradas, incluyendo a LAS PARTES EXONERADAS, ya sea de manera pasiva o de manera
activa durante la realización de EL EVENTO.

- Yo me encuentro en las condiciones físicas y mentales aptas para realizar EL EVENTO y

entiendo que La actividad Turística, es una actividad física extenuante.
- Yo NO me encuentro bajo los efectos de sustancias químicas (legales o ilegales).
- Asumo exclusivamente el riesgo de lesión por razón de un fallo cardiaco y/o pánico,
hiperventilación, ataque de asma, afectación en mi presión sanguínea, fallo en mis
articulaciones o huesos, fallo cerebral, o de cualquier otro órgano de mi cuerpo.
- Entiendo que La actividad Turística conlleva riesgos predecibles o inesperados por lo que
asumo y acepto estos riesgos y sus posibles consecuencias como serían lesiones o daños
en mi cuerpo.
- Comprendo en su totalidad que se me entregará un equipo completo (el mismo de
acuerdo a la actividad), el cual se utilizará para La actividad Turística el cual debo devolver
en su totalidad y en las mismas condiciones que se me han entregado.

- Comprendo que los términos incluidos en este documento son contractuales y no son una
simple recitación, y que este documento tiene valor legal y que mi aceptación y firma es
POR MI PROPIA VOLUNTAD.

that Agua Viva Waterfall and its representatives, organizers, and promoters (hereinafter referred
to as the RELEASED PARTIES) of the hiking or canyoning tourism activity (hereinafter referred to as
the Tourism Activity) WILL NOT BE LIABLE in any way for any injury, death, or other damages that
may occur to me, nor will they be responsible for the loss or damage of my personal belongings, as
a result of the negligence of any of the parties involved, including the RELEASED PARTIES, whether
passively or actively during the execution of THE EVENT

- I am physically and mentally fit to perform THE EVENT and understand that the Tourism
Activity is a strenuous physical activity.

- I am NOT under the influence of any chemical substances (legal or illegal).

- I assume exclusively the risk of injury due to a cardiac failure and/or panic,
hyperventilation, asthma attack, affecting my blood pressure, joint or bone failure, brain
failure, or any other organ of my body.

- I understand that the Tourism Activity involves predictable or unexpected risks, so I

assume and accept these risks and their possible consequences such as injuries or damage
to my body.

- I fully understand that a complete set of equipment (the same according to the activity)
will be provided to me, which will be used for the Tourism Activity and which I must
return in its entirety and in the same conditions in which it was delivered to me.

- I understand that the terms included in this document are contractual and not a mere
recitation, and that this document has legal value and that my acceptance and signature is
OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
