CONTEXTO ACTUAL
 ¿QUÉ SE ENTIENDE POR
CONTEXTO FAMILIAR?

Son todos los contactos primarios que se tienen con cualquier

persona que sea única por vínculo de consanguinidad, en
principio, con el niño. Es cierto que la familia juega un rol
fundamental en el desarrollo del infante, pues esta es la que
genera los principios esenciales por los que se regirá el niño, de
modo que lo que sea enseñado en casa será lo que determine
cómo va a interactuar con el mundo.
 LA FAMILIA
Es el grupo de individuos los cuales se encuentran entrelazados por
vínculos de amor y sangre, en la cual la unión en matrimonio de los
padres es duradera y los hijos son educados en el seno del hogar. Es en
el seno de la familia donde las personas adquieren competencias, hábitos,
costumbres, comportamientos, etc.; que les permitirán ser personas de
bien y afrontar cada uno de los problemas que se les presenten en su
realidad social y tengan las herramientas para poder superarlas y/o
solucionarlas en beneficio propio y de la sociedad.
Uno de los elementos primordiales que caracterizan a las
familias son las funciones que realizan los integrantes,
para así lograr una dinámica adecuada y el bienestar
familiar.
La familia tiene como responsabilidad principal brindar
educación y formación a sus integrantes con la finalidad
que desarrollen su potencial y puedan insertarse dentro
del sistema social de manera adecuada y productiva.
La familia está presente desde la comunidad primitiva
y es el lugar ideal para forjar los valores, lo cual
.resulta el objetivo imprescindible para alcanzar un
modo de vida más humano y saludable que
posteriormente se transmitirá a la sociedad entera. En
la comunidad se enseñan, desde la infancia, los
primeros valores que serán sustento para la vida en
sociedad; por ende, se inicia allí la vida social.
 IMPORTANCIA DE LA FAMILIA

Dentro de los grupos sociales “la familia” es uno de los

más importantes, en este grupo social se estrechan
una serie de lazos, que hay que entenderlos y
comprenderlos según el tiempo que fueron dados.
Asimismo, estos tienen características especiales,
dependiendo de la época y contexto cultural.
 FUNCIÓN SOCIAL DE LA
FAMILIA

Es la responsabilidad de promover la educación y el buen

comportamiento ante el medio social, es decir, educar a sus
miembros bajo valores morales y sociales, esenciales para el
proceso de socialización del niño. En ella deben prevalecer la
armonía, la confianza, la seguridad, el respeto, los afectos, la
protección y el apoyo necesarios para la resolución de problemas,
a fin de que la persona misma cultive los valores para trasmitirlos y
enseñarlos a los demás. En la familia se establece una relación de
afinidad, sentimientos, afectos e intereses, basada en el respeto
mutuo y el diálogo para la convivencia.
 DOS FUNCIONES DE LA FAMILIA

1. Con los niños tiene que formarlos para que estos aprendan a salir de sí
mismos y relacionarse con las demás personas en igualdad, respeto a
las necesidades y la diversidad.

2. Con los adultos, se deben brindar los espacios para superar el

establecimiento en sus rutinas y crear actitudes de apertura, flexibilidad,
solidaridad y encuentro mutuo. Teniendo en cuenta los aspectos que
preceden, el objetivo de este artículo es revitalizar y enriquecer esos
principios, sin obviar el contexto actual, así como ofrecer herramientas
que posibiliten un mejor desempeño de la familia en la labor educativa
de los valores.
 TIPOS DE FAMILIA EN LA ACTUALIDAD

En la actualidad, por lo general, se habla de la familia ideal

conformada por padres e hijos cuando en la realidad existen
diversos modelos de familias las cuales poseen sus propias
características de acuerdo a su conformación, formas de vida y de
interrelación entre sus miembros, funciones y tareas del grupo
familiar.
 TIPOS DE FAMILIA

1.-FAMILIA SIN HIJOS: Este tipo de familia está formada por una pareja sin descendientes.

2.-FAMILIA BIPARENTAL CON HIJOS: La familia biparental con hijos es la más clásica,
también conocida como nuclear o tradicional.

3.-FAMILIA HOMOPARENTAL: Las familias homoparentales son aquellas que están formadas
por una pareja homosexual (de dos hombres o dos mujeres) con uno o más hijos.

4.-FAMILIA RECONSTITUIDA O COMPUESTA: Esta clase de familia probablemente es la más

frecuente en la actualidad debido a la creciente tendencia a la separación y al divorcio
5.-FAMILIA MONOPARENTAL: Este tipo de familia, de igual forma que ocurre con la
homoparental, no está exenta de crítica y prejuicios, tanto en el caso de mujeres como de
hombres, aunque estos últimos sean aún una minoría.

6.-FAMILIA DE ACOGIDA: Las familias de acogida constan de una pareja o un único adulto
que acoge a uno o más niños de manera temporal mientras que no puedan vivir en su familia
de origen o mientras no encuentren un hogar permanente.

7.-FAMILIA ADOPTIVA: Las familias adoptivas constan de una pareja (o un adulto en solitario)
con uno o más hijos adoptados.

8.-FAMILIA EXTENSA: La familia extensa está formada por varios miembros de la misma
familia que conviven bajo el mismo techo.
 LA FAMILIA: UNA BASE FUNDAMENTAL

En la mayoría de los casos, detrás de un buen estudiante se

encuentra todo el contexto familiar y sociocultural de los
alumnos. La familia puede transformar las dificultades en
oportunidades, tal y como se ha venido evidenciado con la
pandemia, sin embargo, hay estudiantes que no han tenido
este mismo panorama, pues no cuentan con el apoyo de
padres, tíos, abuelos ni hermanos, siendo estos quienes han
tenido que enfrentar solos este reto, sin poderlo cumplir en la
mayoría de los casos.
