 Introducción

Esta unidad tiene como foco central las relaciones interpersonales

en las que participan y que también observan las y los estudiantes.
Contempla como punto central de atención las relaciones
establecidas entre individuos, ya sea de manera directa (contacto
cara a cara) como por medio de las redes sociales.
Objetivo
Aprender a comunicarse bien de forma
verbal y no verbal
 Actividad inicial

¿Crees tú que las viñetas muestran una comunicación efectiva? ¿por qué?

¿Has estado en alguna situación similar? ¿Cuál?

Ejemplos de comportamientos verbales que afectan la
comunicación: interrumpir a quien habla, mostrar
impaciencia, indicar que quien está hablando ya lleva
mucho tiempo haciéndolo, etc.
Ejemplos de comportamientos no verbales que afectan
la comunicación: mostrarse indiferente, poner caras de
desagrado, mirar al cielo negar con la cabeza como
diciendo “no”, bostezar, mostrarse aburrido, etc.
 Ejemplos verbales que favorecen la comunicación:
pedir que se aclare algo que no se entendió bien, mostrar
interés en escuchar más detalles, evitar hacer cualquier
comentario que hiciera sentir mal a la otra persona,
agradecer por la confianza o por contar con el otro al
comentarle sus pensamientos, etc.
Ejemplos no verbales que favorecen la comunicación:
mantener contacto visual, mover la cabeza como
asintiendo, inclinarse un poco hacia la persona para
mostrar que se le está escuchando, tener un rostro amable
(como una sonrisa si es que el tema lo amerita), etc.
