PUNTOS TRATADOS Y DECISIONES ACORDADAS

Se notifica se entregaron informes del mes Enero.
RESUMEN: 1.-Capacitación 1.1.-Se realizo charla al personal sobre “Bipedestación Prolongada y Motivación
Laboral”. Entregando trípticos informativos. 1.2.-Se actualizo la cartelera informativa en materia de Seguridad y
Salud Laboral. 1.3.-Se acordó llevar a cabo charla del mes, referidas “Taller Que es un Simulacro y cuál es su
Importancia y Taller Manejo de Ira” 2. Salud 2.1.-No se reportó accidente laboral 2.2-No se reportó enfermedad
ocupacional durante el mes. 2.3. Se reportó reposo medico del siguiente trabajador: Rafael Ordoñez C.I: 9.643.025
debido a cefalea y malestar general, ocasionado por picadura, por 3 días desde 08/02/2024. 3.- Monitoreo de
Riesgos.3.1-Inspeccion de botiquín de Primeros auxilios, día 16/02/2024.

4.- Otros Puntos tratados.

4.1.-Se notifica se actualizo cartelera de seguridad y salud laboral 23/02/2024.
4.2.-Se notifica dotación de productos de limpieza en Sambil 12/02/2024.
4.5- Se notifica compartir Cumpleaños en el mes de Febrero con todos los trabajadores día 26/02/2024.
4.6.- Se notifica compra de linternas y material de papelería, día 12/02/2024.
