1 ADMINISTRATION

 Lenvatinib is for oral use. The capsules should be swallowed whole with
water (with or without food).

 Anyone handling lenvatinib capsules (eg, caretakers, study staff) should avoid
opening the capsules to avoid exposure to the contents of the capsule.

 Alternatively, the lenvatinib capsules may be added without breaking or

crushing them to a tablespoon of water, apple juice, or milk in a small glass to
produce a suspension. The capsules must be left in the liquid for at least 10
minutes and stirred for at least 3 minutes to dissolve the capsule shell. The
suspension is to be swallowed.

Note: Glass beakers or disposable cups may be used. Household glassware

cannot be used due to the risk of contamination. Disposable spoons or stirrers
should be used.

 The dosing suspension should be used immediately when possible. The dosing
suspension is stable for 24 hours when stored in a refrigerator (2°C to 8°C
[36°F to 46°F]).

 Lenvatinib should be taken at approximately the same time each day.

Participants should not take lenvatinib on PK sampling days prior to
their appointment (ie, C1D15, and C2D1). On C1D15 and C2D1,
participants should be instructed to bring their lenvatinib to the clinic.
Lenvatinib should be administered at the study site at approximately the same
time of day in order to accommodate PK sample collection timing.

3.1 ADMINISTRACIÓN

 El lenvatinib se administra de forma oral. Las cápsulas se deben tragar enteras

y con agua (con o sin comida).

 Las personas que trabajen con las cápsulas de lenvatinib (por ejemplo, los
cuidadores o el personal del estudio) no deben abrirlas, para así evitar la
exposición al contenido de la cápsula.

 Como alternativa, se puede agregar las cápsulas de lenvatinib sin romperlas ni

triturarlas a una cucharada de agua, de jugo de manzana o de leche en un vaso
pequeño para producir una suspensión. Las cápsulas deben dejarse en el
líquido durante al menos 10 minutos y deben agitarse durante al menos 3
minutos para disolver la cubierta de la cápsula. Se debe tragar la suspensión.

Nota: Se puede usar vasos de vidrio o vasos descartables. La cristalería

 doméstica no puede usarse debido al riesgo de contaminación. Se debe usar
cucharas descartables o agitadores descartables.

 La suspensión dosificada se debe usar inmediatamente cuando sea posible. La

suspensión dosificada está estable por 24 horas cuando se guarda en un
refrigerador (de 2 °C a 8 °C [de 36 °F a 46 °F]).

 El lenvatinib se debe tomar a la misma hora todos los días. Los participantes
no deben tomar lenvatinib los días de muestreo PK anteriores a su cita (es
decir, los días C1D15 y C2D1). Los días C1D15 y C2D1, los participantes
deberán traer el lenvatinib a la clínica. El lenvatinib debe administrarse en
el lugar del estudio aproximadamente a la misma hora del día para adaptarse al
horario de recogida de las muestras de PK.
