extranjero, está obligada a presentar el Informe
Económico Anual, de conformidad con lo establecido
en el artículo 35 de la Ley de Inversión Extranjera, el
artículo 43 del Reglamento de la Ley de Inversión
Extranjera y la resolución publicada en el Diario Oficial
de la Federación el día 23 de febrero de 2015.
