Introduction
Who founded the model group? Its founders were a group of twenty-five Spanish

Planning:

The direction is that element of the administration in which the effective realization
of everything planned is achieved, through the authority of the administrator,

With the information obtained, we can conclude that the company is in a good
financial position, since it has been increasing its profits, since they have known how
to carry out the activities of the company.
For the years 2013 and 2014: With the information obtained, we can conclude that
the company was in a good financial position before 2014; It is clearly reflected in
the increase in its profits.
From the analysis carried out this past year, we can clearly realize that the company
is going through a bad time; Its sales have dropped, which leads to a drop in its
profits.
Its sales decreased by 37%, causing its profits to drop by 18%. Despite the fact that
sales show a high percentage of decrease, the company has tried to recover its
losses and generate as much profit as possible.
