En la empresa donde labora, se han presentado altos retrasos en el

mantenimiento de la maquinaria de la empresa (taladro de banco, torno, esmeril,
equipo de soldadura etc), motivo por el cual su superior le pide coordinar las
labores a realizar con el fin de evitar los tiempos de retraso de este proceso para
mejorar la productividad de la empresa.

 Realice un cronograma o Diagrama de Gantt de mantenimiento de la maquinaria asignada por su

instructor, tenga en cuenta los siguientes parámetros:

 Investigue el proceso de mantenimiento de la maquina asignada, al menos 8 pasos.

 Elabore Diagrama de Gantt, tomando como ejemplo el presentado en la actividad anterior y sea
