Fundamentación para
la propuesta
La educación es un derecho humano básico que garantiza, la igual-
dad en las oportunidades educativas, el acceso a la cultura y asegura
la integración y la participación activa de cada nueva generación en
su realidad contemporánea. Phillipe Meirieu (2005) expresa “(...) El
derecho a la educación se ejerce en un contexto democrático, en la
formación de los sujetos que asumen la autonomía, la emancipación
mediante aprendizajes específicos (...)” (Diseño Curricular del Nivel
Primario, p. 9). En tal sentido, el proceso educativo sólo puede lle-
varse a cabo si se garantiza a cada estudiante de Río Negro el acceso
y la finalización de los diferentes ciclos y niveles de educación.

El Consejo Provincial de Educación establece como prioridad: “Las


nuevas infancias como sujetos de derecho deben ser acompañadas
con más y mejor tiempo escolar, y la articulación de las trayectorias
escolares intra y entre niveles; (...) a fin de mejorar las trayectorias
escolares (...), (...) y fortalecer la continuidad de la enseñanza (...) “.
(Res. 2035/15 pp. 1, 11 y 48.)

La lengua extranjera inglesa es un instrumento que posibilita el


acceso a diversas producciones tecnológicas y culturales. Por ello,
es necesario que la escuela proporcione a los y las estudiantes he-
rramientas que favorezcan la interacción con distintas comunidades
pertenecientes a las más diversas culturas, al intercambio cultural y
al acceso a las nuevas tecnologías.

La Pandemia de Covid- 19 nos presenta un nuevo desafío en este


siglo XXI ya caracterizado por su constante y rápido dinamismo. Nos
insta a repensar el significado de la escuela en este momento histó-
rico particular.

Teniendo en consideración que la educación se define como el


proceso de consolidación y reinterpretación de conocimientos, ex-
periencias y cultura; que contribuye a “formar la conciencia crítica
y la participación responsable en los procesos culturales, sociales,
políticos y económicos (...); que “debe responder a la diversidad cul-
tural y lingüística de los pueblos, reconocer y fortalecer la identidad
cultural y los valores de todos ellos sin exclusión alguna” (Diseño Cu-
rricular del Nivel Primario, p.9), en el contexto actual, asume el papel
de facilitar la continuidad pedagógica en la construcción colaborati-
va de significado y la recreación del conocimiento conjunto por par-
te de los niños y las niñas de la provincia; acompañados/as por sus

docentes, equipos directivos y familias, en este proceso consistente
en brindarles nuevas oportunidades para enriquecer su aprendizaje.

El aprendizaje contextualizado como lengua vehicular de inteligibili-


dad internacional es el eje organizador del área. En función del gra-
do de escolaridad, la educación primaria realizará en las escuelas
con ampliación de jornada - Jornada Completa, Jornada Extendida
y Hora Más - un acompañamiento propedéutico para lograr el anda-
miaje requerido en el traspaso interniveles.

Propósitos:
- El uso de estrategias personales de aprendizaje de la lengua ex-
tranjera.

- Adquirir y reproducir estructuras básicas del idioma y/o mejorar las


estructuras fonológicas construidas en años anteriores.

- Usar técnicas de interacción oral efectivas en la lengua extranjera.


- Iniciarse en las técnicas necesarias para la realización de breves
presentaciones orales.

- Acceder a material auténtico oral y escrito.

- Desarrollar la comprensión oral y escrita de textos breves.

- Emplear las estrategias necesarias para la realización de la escritu-


ra como proceso de textos breves y simples.

- Profundizar los aprendizajes construidos derivados del uso peda-


gógico de Internet.

Mesopotamia means in the middle


of rivers. It is the region in Argentina
between the Paraná and Uruguay
Rivers, from Iguazú River to the Ri-
ver Plate. There are three provinces
in the Mesopotamia: Corrientes, En-
tre Ríos and Misiones. In the North,
the ground is red because it has got
a lot of iron. The land is very fertile
because it rains a lot.

There are thick forests with guatam-


búes, laurels, cedars, lapachos. The
most important crop is yerba mate.
In the South the land is lower and
there are weeping willows, poplars
an fruit trees. In this region you can
find monkeys,yaguaretés, ocelots,
anteaters, coatis, yacarés, tortoises,
parrots, quails, toucans, ducks, fla-
mingoes, herons, storks. In the rivers
there are surubíes, patíes, dorados
and sábalos.
