A. Objetivo: Especificar modelo de requisito del proyecto considerando los aspectos de obtención y
especificación de requisito para describir el modelo de requisitos del proyecto.

1.1. Técnicas de recopilación

Para crear la especificación de requisitos se va partir de las necesidades que presenten los usua-
rios. Desarrolle los siguientes puntos.

1.1.1. Storyboard (10 puntos)

Desarrollo 2 storyboard que represente situaciones relacionadas con el proyecto.

Deben incluir los siguientes estados:

1. Inicio introduciendo el problema: ¿qué busca hacer el usuario?
2. Núcleo lo que hace el usuario ante la propuesta. Presenta cómo el usuario comienza a usar el
sistema, interacción que realice con la solución
3. Fin cómo la solución propuesta ayuda al usuario a lograr su objetivo.
4. Debe comprender de 6 a máximo 8 escenas
5. Presentar de forma clara y simple. De usar software, elegir el de su preferencia

1.1.2. Guía de entrevista (10 puntos)

Presente una guía de entrevista relacionada con su proyecto. Detalle preguntas que ayuden a re-
copilar o evidencia información de su proyecto y relevantes al mismo

Debe incluir:
- Las partes de la entrevista: descripción (inicio), introducción, desarrollo (preguntas), cierre
o Ver ejemplo de scripts (partes) como guía de entrevista al final de este documento

I- Script: Submit your setup portion of your script.(Descripción de la entrevista)
I conducted this interview with my colleague, who is also UX designer. The interview took place at work in the
meeting room. Since we are colleagues so this environment shouldn't affect participant's mood. I used a pen,
paper and a mobile phone for audio recording. 

II- Script: Submit your introduction & participant background portion of your script. (Introducción al
entrevistado)
 Thanks for coming to the interview. We are interested in the workflow and behavior of ordinary officer going
to work, and some general questions about user experience (i.e. what issues encounter? What is good about
MTR) . We are simply interested in study behavior of user experience, thus there’s no right or wrong answers.
We will record an audio of you some I can go back and review things later. This interview is anonymous and
information will not be shared.

2.     How often are you taking MTR as your transportation when you go to work last week?
3.     When did you head out this morning? How long does it take going to work?

5.     Tell me about the most unpleasant experience in MTR. How do you feel? Any assistant offered?
6.     What do you enjoy the most on MTR?
7.     Why do you pick MTR over other transportations? (what else option do you have?)
8.     Any specific joyful or frustrating experience on MTR?
9.      What is your motivation taking MTR?

I´m an design technician and I travel by bus every day.
3-  How many times did you take the bus this week?
I took it every day and there were some days which I took it more than twice a day, some of them I took it
four times a day, on Monday for example.
4- So your travel distance depends on the day you travel, right?
Yes, it depends on the day. I travel short distance, 20-25 minutes, as well as longer ones of xx minutes.
5- So, you don´t have an average distance per week. You have a minimum
No, I don´t, but most of them are xx minutes rides from home to work……
