A memorandum is a written message that is used to communicate something

internally in a company; It is a short announcement that serves to remind employees

of an activity or a specific topic.

The memorandum or memo is a very simple and effective way to communicate within

an institution or company to briefly convey important issues.

A memorandum may include the following lines:

1. Place and date.

2. To: The name in question.

3. From: Sender.

4. Subject: The reason for the document.

(Un memorándum es un mensaje escrito que se usa para comunicar algo de manera
interna en una empresa; se trata de un anuncio breve que sirve para recordar una
actividad o un tema en específico a los empleados.

El memorando o memo es una manera muy simple y efectiva de comunicarse dentro

de una institución o empresa para lograr transmitir de manera breve asuntos
importantes.

As we see, the memorandum has a specific utility, utility based on the internal

interaction of a company. However, today this type of document may have undergone

major changes due to changes in technology that we can see in recent years. In this

electronically, especially through internal email accounts of the entity in question.

However, the function of these new variants is usually the same as the old memo.
