Step 1 REMEMBER
Poor people don’t have money because there are no jobs.
Some people don’t have good nutrition because they have a poor
food quality in their diet.
Step 2
problema:
Let’s organize a group of teenagers and adults to cook nutritious
food for these poor people.
People puede significar
Let’s look for donations for these people. “personas” o “pueblo/nación”.
Cuando people significa
VERBO FRASAL “personas” en nuestra oración, el
artículo que va con él es “these".
look for = buscar
Step 3
Step 4
Aquí viene la entrevista. Para hacerla usé el “suggested template”
que nos dan. Usé líneas azules (entrevistador) y líneas negras
(entrevistado).
Hello (your name), welcome to our radio show “Young Voices”.
Hello, I want to thank you for this opportunity.
Please, tell us about the problem in your community.
Well, in my community there are people who don’t have money
because there are no jobs. And these poor people don’t have a
good nutrition because they have a poor food quality in their diet.
Malnourished It is terrible to see malnourished children with poor parents who
Desnutrido cannot do so much for them.
“It is terrible to …”
ejemplo “to see malnourished children" (ver niños desnutridos) no
podemos decir solo “is terrible to…” como en el español que
decimos “es terrible..” sino que debemos decir “it is terrible to" o
por ejemplo “it is nice to…”. Espero haya quedado claro para ti ;3.
Exactly, that’s terrible. Tell us what you do to raise awareness about
the problem?
My friends and I decided to organize a group of teenagers and
adults to cook nutritious food for these poor people. Also, we are
looking for donations for them.
What message do you want to share?
I love this quote from mother Teresa: “Not all of us can do great
things. But we can do small things with great love"
That’s a fantastic quote! Keep changing the world. We need more
young activists like you.
Thank you very much.

Some people have poor quality of life because they have low
salaries.
These people have poor health because there are no hospitals
near their community.
problema:
Let’s look for donations for them.
Let’s organize a group of teenagers and adults to find doctors who
can help them with their health.
Step 3
Aquí viene la entrevista. Para hacerla usé el “suggested template”
que nos dan. Usé líneas azules (entrevistador) y líneas negras
(entrevistado).
(Your name and last name) is 15/16 years old and he/she is an
activist from (tu región). Hello (your name), welcome to our radio
show “Young Leaders”.
Hello, it’s a pleasure for me to be here.
Please, tell us about the problem you identified in your community
Añadir
Basically, the problem is the poverty in my community. There are
adverbios
para sonar people who have poor quality of life because they have low
mejor. salaries. Also, these people have poor health because there are no
hospitals near their community and they don’t have money for buy
medicines.
It is sad to see how poor people fell sick and there’s no medical
attention for them. They need help.
“It is sad to …”
ejemplo “to see how poor people fell sick" no podemos decir solo
“is sad to…” como en el español que decimos “es triste..” sino que
debemos decir “it is sad to…" o por ejemplo “it is nice to…”.
Espero haya quedado claro para ti ;3.
That’s right, it is very sad. Tell us what you do to raise awareness
about the problem?
“let's".
My friends and I started looking for donations for them. We ask for
churches help too. Also we organized a group of teenagers and
adults to find doctors who can help them with their health.
That's a good idea.
action) podemos escribir:
It is. I think more people should do the same or another things for
care the poor people health.
(Your name), thank you very much for your time. Do you have any
final message to share with us?
propongo:
Yes, my favourite quote is: “If you want to serve the greatest (God),
go serve the smallest (the poor one).”
Thank you very much for coming and please keep changing the
world.
Thank you for the invitation.
