aptitud para liderar, pero solía ser muy tímido. No tenía mucha confianza en mí mismo y siempre sentí
que pertenecía al fondo de la multitud. Todo esto cambió cuando entré a la escuela secundaria. Después
de ingresar, me involucré en el comité de estudiantes por primera vez, desempeñando un papel
importante en mi decisión de convertirme en presidente del comité durante los próximos años, así
como presidente de promoción en mi último año de secundaria. Tengo que sufrir liderazgos
democráticos jugando en un equipo de voleibol, softball y basquetbol de la escuela secundaria, siendo
parte de grupos para presentaciones de clase, siendo un líder de mi promoción de secundaria. He
adquirido cualidades esenciales para ser un buen líder a través de estas experiencias. Algunos de los
rasgos de liderazgo valiosos que obtuve y fortalecí son: cómo trabajar en equipo, ser un mejor oyente,
tener más paciencia, no tener miedo a las críticas constructivas, ser franco y resolver problemas.
Aunque he ganado mucho, todavía tengo más cosas que aprender para convertirme en un mejor líder,
como ser más asertivo, ser más disciplinado, convertirme en un mejor orador público y aprender a ser
realista y no demasiado optimista.

Este puesto fue otorgado por su excelente desempeño académico y manifestación de rasgos de

profesional de los miembros de mi equipo. Al principio, después de ser seleccionado como líder del
equipo, reconocí la necesidad de delegar tareas y responsabilidades de acuerdo con las habilidades de
los miembros, y confirmé que existe la necesidad de una comunicación regular y abierta a través de
varios medios: ya sea a través del uso de redes sociales. sitios de redes, a través de teléfonos móviles; o

Practicar deportes en la escuela secundaria me dio la oportunidad de jugar tanto en equipos ganadores

Cuando los jóvenes y los adultos fracasan en algo en su vida, automáticamente piensan que no pueden
hacerlo y finalmente se dan por vencidos. Al escuchar a mis compañeros y al aprender de mis errores,

Throughout my life, I have had the opportunity to experience the leadership position. I always had that
aptitude to lead, but I used to be very shy. I didn't have a lot of self-confidence and I always felt like I
belonged to the bottom of the crowd. All of this changed when I entered high school. After joining, I
became involved in the student committee for the first time, playing a big role in my decision to become
committee chair for the next several years, as well as promotion chair in my senior year of high school. I
must endure democratic leadership by playing on a high school volleyball, softball, and basketball team,
being part of groups for class presentations, being a leader of my high school class. I have acquired
essential qualities to be a good leader through these experiences. Some of the valuable leadership traits
that I gained and strengthened are how to work as a team, be a better listener, be more patient, not be
afraid of constructive criticism, be frank, and solve problems. Although I have gained a lot, I still have
more to learn to become a better leader, such as being more assertive, being more disciplined,
becoming a better public speaker, and learning to be realistic and not overly optimistic.

This position was awarded for his excellent academic performance and manifestation of leadership

Playing sports in high school \play on both winning and losing teams. This has given me a different
perspective of looking at things. Now I realize that even if you fail or lose, that is not a reason to give up,
you still must recover immediately. Just realize your mistakes and prepare yourself more to benefit the
team. When you return next time, be mentally and physically prepared and ready to face the next
challenge. When young people and adults fail at something in their life, they automatically think they
cannot do it and eventually give up. By listening to my colleagues and by learning from my mistakes, I
have overcome my obstacles. Through this I have become a democratic leader. In classes where I had to
be part of a group to do projects, I try to take the initiative to encourage people to speak and give ideas
to the group and brainstorm ways to help the group achieve our goals.
