The authors present here a case study of how to search for scientific infor- Keywords
mation about seismicity in mines as an example of the way in which stu-
dents should proceed to find relevant and up to date information, which Learning

generating the empirical data, they interpreted them in order to identify
the current trends in the study of seismicity in mines. This working tool can
be useful for students and teachers to help them develop skills to approach
specific bibliography for the area they need.
