The new way of working Since the industrial revolution working for many people has meant going
to an undesirable place and being locked up because this is the only place that provided the
necessary resources with the new way of working, almost all resources will be mobilized, The new
way of working will allow employees not to physically attend meetings but through chats or video
conferences no matter where they are through mobile hardware. It will also allow companies to
get in touch with colleagues and customers more easily. This new way of working will drive the
company to be more competitive, because employees spend more time visiting their clients,
attending congresses or events. Systems will be in place that can verify and track employee
engagement, ethics, and knowledge. This environment will be created so that everyone can work
and can be used by anyone in the company, with the aim of working more quickly and efficiently.
However, when there is no connection this new way of working will be affected, but it is expected
that in the future everyone will have the possibility of being online and that the data connection
will be appropriate on mobile devices.

1. A supportive environment
While motivation is aimed at getting an employee to perform their duties, support is
more critical. Workers are human beings, not resources. Therefore, the manager or
leader must be supportive; that is, they must show real concern for the employee in
general and not only for their performance at work.
A supportive work environment recognizes an employee's desire for work-life
balance. Thus, it reinforces the relationship of trust between the manager and the
employee. When bosses openly respect employees, they not only achieve a high
level of performance, but also stay with the company longer.
2.. Recognize the achievements of workers
A good work environment is key to the long-term success of any company, as well
as to employee retention. Instead of focusing heavily on motivational incentives, a
clearly defined set of goals should be set.
Later, when those goals are met, a job well done should be celebrated.
Recognition of worker accomplishments helps create a positive work climate and
also encourages employees to excel in their tasks.
3. Give autonomy to collaborators
Part of building a base of support is learning to trust that workers will use their work
hours to achieve their goals. By creating a strong sense of autonomy, employees
will feel more empowered and have more motivation and initiative.
4. Create learning and development programs
Much research suggests that worker training is the responsibility of the
organization and, when applied, will promote productivity and job performance. To
do this, you must manage a study plan and provide the appropriate resources and
environment that supports the growth and development needs of the employee.
This is a good practice to reward employees based on performance.
