TÉRMINOS Y CONDIONES:
Para hacer más grata su estadía en el hospedaje Sol Andino INN detallamos el siguiente Reglamento interno
para huéspedes:

1. Se considera como huésped del hotel único y exclusivamente a la persona o personas que hayan
realizado el Check-in y firmado la hoja de registro.
It is considered as a hotel guest only and exclusively to the person or persons who have completed the check-in
and signed the registration form.
2. El CHECK IN de ingreso es después de las 11 AM y el CHECK OUT de salida antes de las 11 AM,
caso contrario de no cumplir el horario de salida se le cobrara de la noche siguiente.
The income CHECK IN is after 11 AM and check out out before 11 am, otherwise not meet the departure time

3. El huésped está obligado a declarar el número exacto de personas que utilizarán la habitación y pagar
el importe por personas extras. De no hacerlo así, LAS PERSONAS NO REGISTRADAS NO PODRÁN
PASAR LA NOCHE EN EL ESTABLECIMIENTO.

4. Pagado el importe de la habitación, NO SE HARÁN REMBOLSOS bajo ninguna circunstancia.
Independientemente de si el cliente hizo uso o no de la misma, o de las razones que tenga para cancelar su
estadía en el establecimiento.

5. El huésped deberá reportar cualquier desperfecto en su habitación inmediatamente después de que
haya tomado posesión de la misma (vidrios rotos, muebles rayados, quemados, etc.) De no hacerlo así, el
hotel podría hacerlo responsable de los daños.

6. Todo daño o perdida causada por el huésped a los bienes, inmuebles y enseres propiedad del hotel
deberá pagarlo de acuerdo con el valor establecido por la empresa.

7. El hotel NO ES RESPONSABLE POR OBJETOS OLVIDADOS en áreas públicas del establecimiento,
ni por artículos olvidados dentro de las habitaciones una vez realizado el Check-out.

the check-out.
8. Todo objeto de valor o dinero en efectivo debe informar en recepción pedir una caja de seguridad, caso
contrario el hospedaje no se responsabiliza su perdida.

9. Todas las visitas a las habitaciones ocupadas por huéspedes quedan terminantemente prohibidas,
salvo las que se efectúen con la autorización de la gerencia.

10. Queda terminantemente prohibido fumar y tomar bebidas alcoholicas en las habitaciones y en cualquier
área publica del hospedaje. .
